decker bunks and 2 rondavels. The lapa is situated at a
miniature overhang cave, where you can braai, enjoy a
campfire and watch the stars. Trying to keep it authentic
the owners have elected to keep bucket showers but the
long drops lost out to flush toilets.
Hoekfontein captures a period mood and is particular
popular with groups of people or school children

town of Clarens. St Fort Country House is a well
known holiday destination and now also offers an
oxwagon camp.
The camp has breathtaking views across the valley,
with the famous Mushroom Rock etched on the
horizon. Accommodation is available in ox wagons
(variety of sleeping arrangements possible).
The quaint honeymoon wagon is a must for newly
weds and the romantic at heart. St Fort is also offers,
lovely hiking trails in a stunning setting surrounded
by mountains.
